Untreated mental health issues

Untreated mental health issues are rated extremely/very serious by 71% of SF voters. Efforts integrate behavioral health with homelessness and drug responses under Breaking the Cycle, including treatment access, yet street conditions and capacity gaps keep the issue prominent alongside calls for more accountability in contracts and services.
