Pacific Palisades rebuild priorities

think the Palisades rebuild is should be the mayor's top number one priority or can the rich people in the Palisades take care of themselves and it should be one of many other priorities? And that thing split 5050.
Positions on this issue  ·  liberal → conservative
  1. Focus public funds first on lower-income disaster-hit and underserved neighborhoods
  2. Support Palisades rebuilding but only as one equal priority among citywide housing needs
  3. Provide standard recovery aid to Palisades while keeping attention on multiple crises
  4. Make Palisades rebuild a top-tier priority to restore homes, insurance markets, and tax base
  5. Fast-track Palisades recovery with emergency deregulation and maximal public investment
